11′6″×34″ all-round

This is our 11′6″×34″ all-round shape, and the deck carries a six-point bungee, a centre handle and a 2+1 fin set. We build it with the same hand-glued body and 60-hour hold as every other shape on the floor.

03Construction

Hand glue on the body, heat weld on the patches.

We glue the body by hand in two stages and keep heat welding on the accessory patches. The seam then gets a full soap spray test, and the board rests 24 hours before deck work starts.

Eight items ride with every board.

Every board ships with the bundle: backpack, pump, paddle, leash, fin, phone pouch, dry bag and repair kit. Vests, seats, cup holders and fishing brackets go in when your programme asks for them.
