How we build and check a board
The main hull is assembled and finished by hand. Heat welding is confined to accessory mounting patches: D-rings, fin boxes, handles, and paddle holders. Heat welding is not applied to main hull seams.
Main hull construction has Two Manual Glue Process Stages: assembly seaming (合服) and finishing banding (化妆).
